Welcome to our December online H+S Property Magazine.  In this issue we have information on our Offer of a free 2019 Calendar, our Property of the Month, How to Brighten your Home without the Use of Lights, industry and auction updates as well as a free Christmas Carol event at St Mary’s Church, Prittlewell.

However, with regard to the property market itself as much as we might like to ignore it, Brexit is here and we all eagerly await the vote in the House of Commons on the 11^th December.  The Jury appears to be out but lots of voices are suggesting that a soft Brexit will be good for the property market but there is much concern as to what will happen in the event of a hard Brexit or no deal at all.  So watch this space.
